Our Guiding Principles Support collaborative approaches to address unmet community needs Promote proven health care techniques and understanding Encourage innovative approaches to health care and understanding Identify and advocate for underserved and vulnerable populations Wyoming County Health Grants Our grants focus on programs and organizations that will improve the health and wellness of people in Wyoming County, PA and surrounding communities.
