  • Can show specific ways business has been impacted by one or more executive orders related to COVID-19
  • Are vital members of their local community
  • Must be able to demonstrate business impact from:
  • - Government-mandated closures - Social distancing measures - Illness

Award Prioritization

Funds prioritized by severity of impact the business is facing due to COVID-19. Awards approved on case-by-case basis and dependent on availability of funds.

  • Consulting expenses
  • Marketing expenses
  • Training expenses
  • Operational expenses including:
  • - Rent - Supplies/inventory - Utility bills

    Ineligible Uses

  • Payroll
  • Capitalized equipment
  • Travel
  • Office equipment
  • Computer software
  • Launching a new business
