The WIOA Adult program provides funding and support for individuals over the age of 18 who are unemployed or employed and meet specific eligibility criteria.
Eligibility
Individuals must be over 18 years old and meet one of the following criteria:- Veteran or eligible spouse
- Low income or receiving public assistance
- Basic skills deficient
- Homeless
- Below the local self-sufficiency wage (200% of the federal poverty level)

Application Process
1. Complete Online WIOA Pre-Application
- Log in with your kiosk login (Last name, full SSN) at the top right of the website
- Click on the "Dashboard" link
- Access the "WIOA Pre-Application" under "Online Registrations"
2. Wait for Contact
- A CareerSource Chipola staff member will contact you within two weeks of completing the Pre-Application
