About Wildlife Acoustics Founded in 2003, Wildlife Acoustics is the leading provider of bioacoustics monitoring technology for biologists, researchers, and government agencies worldwide. Our acoustic recorders, sound analysis software, and product training help scientists conduct species inventories, presence/absence surveys, and habitat health monitoring, expanding knowledge of wildlife and ecosystems. In 2025, we became an employee-owned company. Our Mission To empower biologists to make impactful discoveries that expand our understanding of the planet by providing reliably rugged, fully integrated bioacoustics monitoring tools, training, and resources. Our Approach We take a collaborative approach to product development, soliciting and actively listening to our customers' needs and feedback. We believe that product education is an important part of the customer experience and offer live and on-demand training, in-person workshops, and webinars, year-round. We are also pleased to support the scientific community via quarterly grant program. Wildlife Acoustics Grant Program: Travel Grant This grant is for early-career professionals using Wildlife Acoustics recorders and/or software who want to present a talk or poster at an upcoming conference. We will award one individual up to $1,000 USD each quarter to cover conference expenses, including registration, transportation, and lodging fees.Eligibility
