Application Process

1. Preparation Phase
- Review all Club Micro Grant program information
- Download the 2026 Club Micro Grant Application Worksheet (PDF or Word format)
- Instruction: Download and make a copy; do not request Editor View
- Draft and polish responses in the worksheet
- Gather all required supporting materials

2. Submit Online Application
- Transfer information from worksheet to 2026 Club Micro Grant Application form
- Applications open May 1, 2026
- Submit before May 29, 2026 at 5pm Pacific
- Note: Applications cannot be edited after submission

Required Application Materials (for Sprout Club)

1. Contact Information
- Name, email, phone

2. Project Location
- Geographic region: city, state, province, district, or region

3. Current Club Information
- Describe existing club or dormant club being reactivated
- History and current status

4. Membership Expansion Goal
- Example: targeted percentage growth (e.g., 25% growth)
- Clearly state target for expansion

5. 6-Month Growth Plan
- Detailed plan detailing:
- Planned growth in membership numbers
- Planned growth in outreach efforts
- Expanded nature journaling experiences
- Timeline for implementation (July 1 - December 31, 2026)

6. Community Focus
- Demonstrate how expanded club will reach target community
- Note if targeting underserved communities (will be prioritized)

7. Additional Required Information
- Budget details
- Timeline aligned to 6-month implementation period
- How you will measure success and growth
- Financial or in-kind contributions from applicant

Important Notes

• Incomplete applications will be disqualified
• Applications cannot be edited after submission
• One application per person per grant cycle
• Cannot submit both Project and Club Grant in same calendar year
• Decision notification: approximately 5-6 weeks after deadline
• All decisions are final
