About Us The Community Foundation of NCW is a tax-exempt philanthropic organization that helps individuals, families, businesses, and agencies support charitable causes throughout Chelan, Douglas, and Okanogan counties. Wenatchee Exchange Club Scholarship The Wenatchee Exchange Club is a local service organization that was founded in 1959. For years the club has awarded “Student of The Month” scholarships to seniors who have demonstrated excellence at Wenatchee or Eastmont high schools. In an effort to expand on those awards, the Exchange Club established a scholarship fund at the Community Foundation of North Central Washington. This scholarship supports college-bound seniors who have demonstrated excellence in academics, athletics, or other extracurricular activities, and community involvement.
