Annual Grant Program The WDA Foundation awards thousands of dollars annually to non-profit programs and projects that improve oral health for low-income Wisconsin residents. The Annual Grant Program approves funding in December for the following calendar year. Nonprofit organizations engaged in efforts to improve oral health for state residents are invited to apply. ObjectivesThe grant offers financial support to Wisconsin-based efforts that provide dental care to the underserved and to other philanthropic endeavors related to dentistry in Wisconsin. The program’s goal is to increase access to, and education relating to, oral health care and to encourage volunteerism in the dental health community.

Ineligibility

The Annual Grant Program is not available to individuals. Organizations are not eligible for both an Annual Grant and a Smile Program Grant during the same calendar year.Grants will not be awarded to support:salary and other staff/volunteer compensationtravelendowments, fundraising campaigns or general operating expenseslobbying support of any typemajor capital expenses (purchasing, remodeling, or furnishing of facilities)grants to organizations located or operated outside of WisconsinFederally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC)
