Wayne & Kit Danley Scholarship

Overview: Established in 2007, the Wayne & Kit Danley Scholarship serves as a stepping stone for first-generation college students, many of whom have been nurtured through Neighborhood Ministries' programs from a young age.

Purpose: The scholarship does far more than offer financial support; it provides a framework of accountability and mentorship that guides promising young people toward achieving their collegiate and life ambitions.

  • Supports both in-state and out-of-state tuition

  • First-generation college students
  • Preference for youth who have participated in Neighborhood Ministries programs
