Water Environment Association of Texas Scholarship Fund Grant

The Water Environment Association of Texas Scholarship Fund offers financial assistance to members and their dependents pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees. It aims to support those enrolled in college immediately following the award of funds. Preference is given to students in fields related to the water environment, such as engineering and science, promoting the conservation and enhancement of water resources in Texas.

NOTE: Deadline for application is the pre-proposal deadline above while submission of official transcrips is represented by the full proposal deadline above. Scholarship assistance is for  eligible WEAT members and their dependent children based on the criteria established for the Fund.
WEAT is a Texas non-profit corporation exempt from federal taxation under Section 501(c)(6) of the Code. WEAT is an open association of water environment professionals, practitioners, operations specialists, and public officials with a broad range of expertise working together to protect and enhance our precious water resources.

Eligibility

Must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degreeThe student must be enrolled in College for the semester immediately following awarding of funds.Must be a member or the dependent of a member.
You must be a member of this organization to apply for this award - become a member. Individuals eligible for Fund support shall have been a member of the Water Environment Association of Texas, or the dependent child of a member, for not less than one year preceding the date of the application for financial assistance.
