Warrior Assist Foundation Grants

Note: 1) The Foundation reviews Grant Inquiry Form submissions on an ongoing basis throughout the year. 2) Upon receiving your inquiry, the Foundation will either invite you to submit a formal proposal or deny your request at that time. 3) Occasionally grants outside of the specified scope may be funded. Please contact the Foundation if considering applying for a larger request.
Founded in 2020, Warrior Assist Foundation is dedicated to supporting those who serve or have served in the U.S. armed forces and their families.
Warrior Assist Foundation offers grants to 501(c)(3) organizations that dedicate at least 85% of their annual expenditures to provide assistance to active duty and reserve military personnel, their spouses and children, veterans, or spouses and children of veterans.

Eligibility

In order to be considered for grant funding, the submitting organization must:

• Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit

Dedicate at least 85% of its annual expenditures to provide assistance to active duty and reserve military personnel, their spouses and children, veterans, or spouses and children of veterans
Beyond basic eligibility, the Foundation considers additional organizational criteria as part of its due diligence process, including:
Strong, stable leadership and governanceSound financial managementAbility to achieve impactDeep engagement with those whom the entity servesEvidence that the proposed approach is likely to be effective and/or provide a significant opportunityCommitment to defining clear goals and tracking results
