Program Name: Alabama Poultry Foundation Allied Industry Scholarship

Purpose: Providing scholarships for students enrolled in the Agricultural Production Program or subsequent Poultry Science Program at Wallace Community College Dothan who intend to transfer to Auburn University and major in Poultry Science.

Eligibility: Students enrolled in Agricultural Production Program or Poultry Science Program at Wallace State Community College Dothan who intend to transfer to Auburn University to major in Poultry Science

Award Details: The total amount awarded each year is dependent upon availability of funds. Additional contributions from donors are accepted.

Background: Established as part of the 2+2 program (started in 2013) that allows students to attend community college for 2 years taking introductory Poultry Science courses, then transfer to Auburn University to complete a poultry science degree.
