A prestigious career development program designed to augment and complement the summer internship experience for upper-level college students. The program has been a cornerstone of professional development and leadership in the finance industry for nearly 50 years.

Program Details:

• Duration: Summer program (approximately June-August)
• Format: Primarily virtual with highly interactive workshops and webinars; one or more in-person events in New York City if circumstances permit
• Founded: 1976
• Impact: 896 students from 192 colleges & universities, engaging 191 companies

Eligibility:

• Rising senior undergraduate students (completed junior year)
• Must not be graduating before December 2025
• Must have secured paid internships for summer with financial services or finance role at non-financial services company
• Interns working in New York area

Geographic Scope: New York, NY; focus on students with internships in New York area
