    3. Submit a letter of inquiry (LOI) through Fluxx
    - LOI should briefly describe your funding request
    - Provides high-level understanding of your work
    4. Receive response within 30 business days via email with next steps
    - Foundation either encourages formal proposal or declines
    5. Submit formal proposal (if invited)
    6. WKKF reviews for 60 business days
    7. WKKF may work with you to refine proposal
    8. Final funding decision made
