Vital Farms Local Impact Grantmaking Program Vital Farms is on a mission to bring ethical food to the table, and they do everything they can to improve the lives of people, animals, and the planet through food. Vital Farms is also committed to supporting the communities where their farmers live and work. In partnership with the Community Foundation of the Ozarks, Vital Farms has launched the Vital Farms Local Impact Grantmaking Program to support projects that will improve their farmers' communities in the following focus areas: Animal WelfareImproving Access to Food / Transparency in Food SystemsYouth & EducationAgriculture With a total of $125,000 to award, grant proposals are accepted according to an announced timetable, and grant recommendations are made as funds are available.
