Victor and Jean Sands Memorial Scholarship for Oboe and Strings The Victor and Jean Sands Memorial Scholarship for Music is seeking highly skilled oboe or string instrument performing musicians, motivated to go into teaching by a desire and vision to develop the next generation of highly skilled musicians. Applicants should be planning a music career in both teaching and performing and intend to continue developing their strengths in both areas over the course of their career.

Eligibility
