Community Impact Fund The Vector Wealth Strategies Community Impact Fund was the first corporate giving fund established with Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville in 2015. We set aside 10% of Vector’s annual profits to fund grants focusing on education, health and human services, and disaster recovery. Our vision statement is: Impacting our community through investments and involvement. Primary Objective Our primary objective is twofold: helping people and encouraging others to do the same. We want to invest specifically in the lives of the people we encounter every day. The charities we want to support would typically be focused in one of four categories: education, health services, human services or disaster recovery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a grant, an organization must qualify as a nonprofit under the 501(c)(3) tax code.Once an organization receives a grant, we do not typically reconsider them for another grant for the next three rounds of grants. That means an organization can apply every other year.

Ineligibility

While there may be some specific programs we would consider supporting if they were within the scope of our primary objective, we do not typically provide grant money for organized athletics or churches. (Religious affiliation is not an issue).
