Valley Kids Foundation Grants

The Valley Kids Foundation Grants are designed to provide essential support to children in the Fox River Valley area of Wisconsin. With zero operating expenses, all contributions directly assist children under eighteen years old in need of medical help, educational assistance, and recreational opportunities. The Foundation is committed to using donations efficiently and complying with all regulations, ensuring that every dollar helps make a significant difference in the lives of local children.

Who We Area
The Valley Kids Foundation is founded on providing direct and difference-making help to children in our area: the Fox River Valley area of Wisconsin.
What We Do/ How We Do It
With zero operating expenses, the Valley Kids Foundation board uses all of the proceeds from our various fund-raising activities during the year to help children. All of the accumulated donations are used to assist children under eighteen (18) years of age. Those funds are intended to provide help to them in needs such as: medical help, education assistance, as well as cultural and recreational opportunities our kids may not otherwise enjoy or have access to.
Decisions as to how and when donations will be made will be determined by the Board of Directors. The beneficiaries may include individuals, groups, specific organizations and/or various community projects, as agreed upon by the majority vote of the Board of Directors. The Valley Kids Foundation at all times complies with State and Federal Income Tax Regulations as well as all other applicable laws. Additionally, the Board of Directors will operate the Foundation in the most cost efficient manner, while at the same time using their best talents to make decisions relative to the management of funds.

Eligibility

Contributions to this Foundation will be fully directed to their intended use, specifically, helping kids within our geographic area - the Fox River Valley.
