    • Age: 20 or older (Adult Learner)
    • Residency: Resident of Wilkes County
    • Financial Need: Demonstrated financial need required
    • Enrollment: Currently enrolled in an Applied Career Technologies or Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree program at Wilkes Community College
