Tribal High Priority Projects Program

Under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), the Tribal High Priority Projects (Tribal HPP) Program is a competitive set-aside of the Tribal Transportation Program (TTP) formula grant providing funds to Tribe or a governmental subdivision a Tribe whose annual allocation of funding received under the TTP is insufficient to complete the highest priority project of the Tribe, or to any Tribe that has an emergency or disaster occur on a Tribal transportation facility that renders the facility impassible or unusable and which is not eligible under the Emergency Relief for Federally Owned Roads (ERFO) program.
