Together in Teal Patient Need Fund

Overview: A financial assistance program designed to help ovarian cancer patients and survivors manage the financial burden of their diagnosis and treatment.

Geographic Scope: St. Louis Metro Area

Focus Areas: Financial assistance for:

  • Health insurance premiums

  • Basic living expenses (rent/mortgage)

  • Renters or homeowners insurance

  • Utilities

  • Vehicle payments and insurance

  • Telephone

  • Wigs
  • Eligibility Requirements:

  • Currently undergoing or have recently completed ovarian cancer treatment in the St. Louis Metro Area within the past six months

  • Demonstrate financial needs as defined by program guidelines

  • "Treatment" includes chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, and/or clinical trials
  • Award Amount: Total funds available annually will be determined by SLOCA; financial assistance may be limited by fund availability
