Overview
The Title II Formula (JJAC) Grant Program is to improve outcomes for children and youth within the juvenile justice system by increasing and strengthening programs in the areas of aftercare and reentry, alternatives to detention, diversion, and probation.The federal Title II Formula Grants Program is authorized under Sections 221–223 of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974, as amended in 2002, 42 U.S.C. §§ 5631─5633.
