Thriving by Three Infant and Toddler Child Care Grant
Funder: New Jersey Department of Family Development (DFD)
Overview: A grant program for infant and toddler child care providers with a Year 2 recertification process.
- Programs MUST be enrolled in Grow NJ Kids (GNJK) prior to recertification to receive Year 2 payment
- GNJK enrollment may take up to 60 days to complete
- Regular recertification required to continue receiving funding

Enrollment Process
1. Go to www.NJCCIS.com and log in with provider credentials 2. Select the GNJK tab in Quicklinks to begin enrollment 3. Complete GNJK Orientation to be considered enrolled- Available through Quality Improvement Specialist at your Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) agency
- Webinar support provided (example: 2/7/2024 1PM-2PM)

Application Process
1. Register for Recertification Webinar - Attendance strongly recommended
2. Enroll in Grow NJ Kids (GNJK) through NJCCIS:

3. Complete Recertification Questionnaire as detailed in DFD guidance
4. Request one-on-one technical assistance if needed through your CCR&R agency
- Active provider credentials for NJCCIS
- Completion of GNJK Orientation
- Completed Recertification Questionnaire
