- Must be an Alpha Psi full-time student in good academic standing

- Must be a native-born California resident
- Must have respect of peers
- Requires personal statement (not to exceed 500 words) that demonstrates commitment to independent community practice and identifies candidate's birthplace in California

1. Personal Statement - Not to exceed 500 words demonstrating: - Commitment to practice independent community pharmacy as described in the scholarship - Candidate's birthplace in California 2. Submit through Academic Works software program- Board of Directors vote (all members required)
- Evaluation of demonstrated potential for independent pharmacy operations
- Academic standing (GPA requirement: 3.0 or higher)
- Financial need demonstration
- Community/peer respect
