The Two Four Club

A program to provide financial assistance and respite to families battling pediatric cancer who inspire the foundation with their resilience, hope, and determination.

Focus: Pediatric cancer families

Geographic Scope: Families affiliated with Ryan Callahan Foundation (appears to serve Florida and New York regions)

Key Goals:

• Provide financial assistance and/or vacation experiences
• Give families opportunities to have time together to create memories
• Support families without creating additional financial strain
• Help families tell their unique stories
• Educate others on how families are affected by pediatric cancer

Program Details:

• Each month, one family is selected to receive needs-based financial assistance and/or a vacation experience
• Financial assistance is distributed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Ryan Callahan Foundation

Eligibility:

• Families battling pediatric cancer
• Application must be completed by parent or guardian

Important Note: By submitting an application, applicants agree to allow the Ryan Callahan Foundation to use family's first names, photos, and general diagnosis information on social media and website

How to Apply

1. Complete the Family Inquiry form on the website
2. Upon submission, applicants will receive an email regarding additional information needed
3. Application must be completed by a parent or guardian
4. Applicants should acknowledge that first names, photos, and general diagnosis information may be used on social media and website

Note: Financial assistance amount and vacation experiences are determined on a case-by-case basis
