The Shelby Foundation Grants Offering a Hand Up The Foundation is determined to make Shelby the best community it can be by investing in programs that result in a strong, safe, prosperous city that is full of opportunities for all residents. Through the Foundation’s grant making capabilities, financial assistance is provided to local organizations to help bolster their services which improves residents’ quality of life. The Shelby Foundation helps North Central State College and our local schools which affords students the opportunity to gain new skills and knowledge.
