Rally Foundation Inc Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research (commonly known as Rally Foundation) began in 2003 and formally became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 2005. Originally sparked by a youth baseball team community rallying around a child diagnosed with a brain tumor, Rally has grown into a national movement dedicated to funding the most promising pediatric cancer research, providing family support, and advocating for greater awareness and investment in childhood cancers. The Foundation has awarded millions in research grants and helped secure hundreds of millions in federal funding for childhood cancer programs. Mission, Vision & Priorities Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research is driven by its mission to empower communities, inspire action, and fund the most promising research that leads to better treatments and ultimately cures for childhood cancers. The organization envisions a world where no parent ever hears the words, “Your child has cancer,” and channels all efforts toward making that future possible. Rally’s priorities center on advancing early-stage pediatric cancer research, supporting families through financial and practical assistance, advocating for increased governmental and institutional funding, raising public awareness about the unique challenges of childhood cancers, fostering nationwide community involvement, and collaborating with leading researchers and institutions to accelerate progress. The Rally Family Emergency Fund When a child is diagnosed with cancer, everything changes — and so do the family’s finances. From unpaid time off work to travel costs and bills that pile up, families often face overwhelming stress just trying to stay afloat. Rally Foundation’s Family Emergency Fund provides urgent, financial assistance to help cover basic needs, so families can focus on what matters most: their child.Eligibility
