Neighborhood Youth Grant The Golden Belt Neighborhood Youth Grant provides support within the communities of Barton, Pawnee, Rush, and Stafford Counties. Using expenditure responsibility as a guideline, the Foundation will carefully supervise any such grants to document the use of its funds solely for charitable purposes.
