Overview
The Meral Güçeri TESOL/TEFL Travel Grant offers financial assistance to English language professionals for attending the TESOL International Convention & English Language Expo. Established in honor of Dr. Meral Güçeri, this grant supports teachers, trainers, and supervisors with over five years of experience in EFL/EAL. Preference is given to first-time attendees. Note that applicants from specific countries, including the US and UK, are ineligible.
The Meral Güçeri TESOL/TEFL Travel Grant Purpose provides resources for English language professionals to attend the annual TESOL International Convention & English Language Expo.
This award was established in the memory of long-time TESOL member Dr. Meral Güçeri. Dr. Güçeri was a strong supporter of the professional development of early career academics. This travel grant is funded by the generous contribution of the Güçeri Family.
