Application Process

1. Submit completed application form
2. Provide transcript: Current, complete unofficial or online transcript that must display:
- Student name
- School name
- Grades
- Credit hours for each course
- Term in which each course was taken
- Note: Grade reports are NOT accepted
3. Submit two letters of reference:
- One academic reference
- One non-academic reference
4. Provide chronological listing of outstanding achievements including:
- Academics
- Fine arts
- Athletics
- School activities
- Community service
- Include newspaper or other media accounts to support achievements
5. Submit by deadline: 5 p.m. on application deadline date
- Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted
