The Health Foundation: Mini Grants

The Health Foundation: Mini Grants support initiatives that promote healthy eating, active living, and mental health tailored to community needs. Awards ranging from $250 to $2500 aim to foster projects that enhance the well-being of individuals and families. Eligible recipients include non-profit organizations and governmental entities. However, funding does not extend to projects requiring religious participation. This grant presents an opportunity for communities to develop localized strategies to improve health outcomes.

The Health Foundation, Inc. supports programs and services that improve the health and well-being of the people in our communities.
The Mini Grant is designed to create healthy eating, active living, and/or mental health/resiliency projects that are tailored to a community’s needs. Partner with us to create homegrown projects to help our community feel better and live healthier! Awards range from $250–$2500 per project.

Eligibility

Support is generally limited to non-profit organizations with tax exempt status or governmental entities.

Ineligibility

The Health Foundation does not fund organizations or programs that require participation in a particular religion in order to receive services.
