The Health Foundation, Inc. supports programs and services that improve the health and well-being of the people in our communities. The Health Foundation: Mini Grants The Mini Grant is designed to create healthy eating, active living, and/or mental health/resiliency projects that are tailored to a community’s needs. Where we live, learn, work, play and pray influence our health. Partner with us to create homegrown projects to help our community feel better and live healthier! Awards range from $250–$2500 per project.
