TFC: Building Together Grants

TF Cornerstone's Building Together Grants support vibrant communities through annual funding of up to $10,000 for organizations in key impact areas: education, public realm enhancement, and neighborhood non-profits. By fostering strong partnerships, these grants aim to sustain the cultural, social, and civic fabric of New York City, empowering youth and promoting urban sustainability. This initiative reflects TF Cornerstone's commitment to community engagement and collaborative development.

Building Together - Supporting strong, vibrant communities
Building Together, our community engagement platform, was established to collaborate with, provide assistance to, and help fund the organizations that serve the communities we are fortunate to work in.
Impact Areas
Building Together currently focuses our engagement and philanthropy on the following impact areas, which we believe are fundamental to a thriving urban neighborhood. TF Cornerstone makes annual grants of up to $10,000 to organizations whose work helps to advance one or more of our three impact areas.
Education and Civic Engagement
From building schools to working with youth-based organizations, we are committed to supporting future generations through education, career exposure, and community initiatives aimed at helping youth realize their full potential.
Public Realm
We collaborate with and support organizations committed to the continuous betterment of urban life through resiliency, sustainability, parks and waterfront development, and innovative urban planning.
Neighborhood Non-profits
The neighborhoods we call home are bolstered by a robust ecosystem of non-profit organizations.

Eligibility

Through recurring and non-recurring contributions, we forge longstanding partnerships with local organizations whose work sustains the cultural, social and civic fabric of New York City.
