Territorial Sportsmen Scholarship Foundation - Vocational/Technical Scholarship

Program Type: One-year scholarship for vocational-technical, certificate and occupational endorsements

Geographic Scope: Any resident of Southeast Alaska

Eligibility:

• Any resident of Southeast Alaska
• Pursuing vocational-technical, certificate, or occupational endorsement programs
• Field of study is not restricted
• Must support the goals and objectives of the Territorial Sportsmen, Inc.

Focus Areas:
The Territorial Sportsmen, Inc. promotes:

• Conservation and maintenance of healthy fish and wildlife populations and their habitats
• Fair and equitable fishing and hunting rights for sportsmen and sportswomen
• Friendly and respectful relations between sportsmen/women and State, Federal, and private landowners
• Education in fish and wildlife conservation
• Adherence to hunting and fishing regulations and firearms safety

Award Timeline:

• Applications accepted year-round
• Awards made each April
