Overview: The TMAF is an employee hardship assistance program that provides emergency grants to eligible team members facing financial crises. The fund is managed through support from Anchor Point, with nearly 100% of donations going directly to assisting fellow team members in times of need.

Eligibility

• Required: Must be a Team Member (employee) at Anchor Point and its affiliated companies
• Required: Must be an active donor to the TMAF through payroll deduction of at least $1.00 per paycheck (recommended: $2.00 per paycheck)
• Process: Enroll through myADP login to add TMAF payroll deduction

Focus Areas & Eligible Events

Grants are awarded for emergency situations including:
• Medical emergencies
• Natural disasters
• Loss of residence due to medical or disaster-related events
• Other critical events

Grant Award Process

• Applications are reviewed by the TMAF Board of Directors
• Grants awarded based on emergency circumstances and individual circumstances
• Maximum award: Up to $5,000 depending on individual circumstances
