Teach for Tomorrow Grant
Overview: The Guardian Credit Union Foundation provides grants for teachers and school-based professionals to develop and implement innovative educational initiatives.
Award Details:
Geographic Scope: Educators throughout Guardian Credit Union's 16 membership counties in Alabama: Autauga, Butler, Chilton, Coffee, Coosa, Covington, Crenshaw, Dale, Elmore, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Montgomery, Pike, Russell, and Tallapoosa
Focus Areas: Grant funds can be used for:
- Any educator or school-based professional working in a public or private K-12 school
- Must live, work, or worship in one of the 16 eligible Alabama counties
- Ineligibility: Recipients from the previous cycle are ineligible to receive the award in the next round
Eligibility
- Application Period: June 16 - July 31
- Social Media Voting: August 6 - 8
- Winners Announced: August 12
- Claim Deadline: September 30 (recipients must claim checks by this date or grant becomes void)
