Little Swiss Fund Grants

The Little Swiss Fund was established by an anonymous donor to benefit the nonprofit community in Highland County, Virginia. Total annual grant funding exceeds $335,000.

Eligibility

* Nonprofits physically located in, and serving, Highland County, with broad active volunteer support and annual revenues exceeding $25,000 are encouraged to apply for annual grant funding.
* Agencies must be tax-exempt public charities with Section 501(c)(3) status from the IRS code

* Organizations must receive less than half their income from government entities to be eligible.
* Religious organizations serving Highland County may also apply.
* Grants are made without regard to factors of gender, race, religion, national origin, or sexual orientation.

Ineligibility

* Local clubs (civic and otherwise) and recreational facilities are not eligible to apply.
* Schools are not eligible to apply.
