Description: A consolidated funding opportunity combining three grant streams into a single application process:

Three Funding Streams:

1. Campaigns, Litigation, Issues, & Policy (CLIP) 2. Emerging Opportunities 3. Transformational Capacity Building

Purpose: To support organizations in growing their capacity to build community power

Target Organizations:

Current Inatai grantees (typical)

Organizations without existing grants were considered if there is strong alignment on:

- Collective community-power building
- Racial justice
- Equity

Design Rationale: Created to reduce burden on grantees, particularly smaller, people-of-color-run organizations with limited staff and resources, by consolidating three grant applications into one

Application Approach: Single application reviewed for consideration across all three funding areas
