NOTE: Requests for grant funding must be submitted to Takeda Oncology at least 60 days prior to the scheduled program start date. While Takeda Oncology makes every effort to review submissions in a timely matter, we do not guarantee the amount of time necessary to review a specific request. Takeda Oncology Education Grants At Takeda, we know that strong partnerships are key to achieving our aspiration to cure cancer. By working with partners who share this aspiration, we can make meaningful progress and have a greater impact on the patient communities we serve. We support various external funding programs that align with our mission and are designed to bring life-changing medicines to more patients worldwide. External funding refers to monetary or in-kind support such as — Donations; Grants; Sponsorships; or Healthcare Collaborations — given to legally established organizations. External Funding Areas of Interest We review requests across a broad range of disease areas. However, priority will be given to programs and activities in the following areas: Hematology: Lymphoma, specifically Hodgkin lymphoma and T-cell lymphomaLeukemia, specifically chronic myeloid leukemia and Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemiaMyelodysplastic syndromesMyeloproliferative neoplasms, specifically polycythemia vera Thoracic Lung cancer, including anaplastic lymphoma kinase-positive non-small cell lung cancer Gastrointestinal Previously treated metastatic colorectal cancer

Takeda Oncology will consider unsolicited grant support to address unmet educational or research needs in the medical and patient community, improvement in patient outcomes, or excellence in patient care.Takeda Oncology will consider sponsorship support requests where Takeda provides monetary or in-kind support to an organization in exchange for something of tangible benefit. Takeda only sponsors conferences, congresses, and activities that have a scientific or an educational purpose related to its therapeutic or strategic interests.Takeda Oncology will consider corporate membership support to an organization to obtain tangible benefits such as being recognized as a corporate member on the organization’s website; participating in the organization’s meetings and events; or obtaining information or resources from the organization.Takeda Oncology will consider requests to provide donations to an organization, including donations for patient support activities or general fundraising activities for organizations that benefit patients, families, or caregivers. Donations do not further Takeda’s commercial interests, nor does Takeda receive any return benefits other than recognition or reputational enhancement.
