Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board The Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board (OWEB) provides grants to help protect and restore healthy watersheds and natural habitats that support thriving communities and strong economies. Applicants are encouraged to consider the impacts of this year’s extensive wildfires on native fish and wildlife habitat and watershed processes and to contact their regional program representative to discuss potential restoration projects in burned areas. Technical Assistance Grants Projects that develop a technical design or implementation plan for restoration, including consideration for compliance with the National Historic Preservation Act.
