Supplemental Disaster Recovery Funding Program The Supplemental Disaster Recovery Funding (SDRF) program is a new addendum to the 2025 Community Infrastructure Fund, DRA’s primary investment tool that supports projects addressing flood control, basic public infrastructure, and transportation infrastructure improvements. Basic public infrastructure (e.g., water, sewer, electricity)Transportation infrastructure (e.g., roads, bridges)Flood control projects (e.g., levees, stormwater systems) Projects must support the agency’s strategic goals: infrastructure improvement, economic development, and long-term community resilience.
