    - Password format: Two digit day of birth + First three letters of birth month (first letter capitalized) + Last four digits of Banner ID (Student ID)
    - Example: February 1 birthday with Banner ID 800006789 = 01Feb6789
    4. Complete General Application: Fill out all sections
