NOTE: Interested applicants write a grant request, found here, that is reviewed by the SCVCF board, who are all SCOV residents. Sun City Vistoso Community Foundation Sun City Vistoso Community Foundation (SCVCF) enhances the quality of life for Sun City Oro Valley (SCOV) residents and the surrounding community. We do this to help make SCOV a vibrant, caring and supportive place to live by financially supporting health, cultural, recreational, educational, and other charitable needs. Thanks to our generous donors, SCVCF has distributed more than $1 Million to SCOV Association projects, clubs, and local organizations, seen here, since our founding in 1998. Funding Grants are typically made in the first half of each year with awards averaging $4,000.
