How to Apply
Application Process
How to Earn the Award:
1. Earn credits through eligible activities:
- Donate blood (1 credit per donation)
- Recruit a new or lapsed donor (1 credit per donor)
- Volunteer for blood drive planning (1 credit per blood drive)
- Serve as Blood Drive Coordinator (6 credits per blood drive)
2. Accumulate minimum of 6 credits before high school graduation
3. Submit application upon reaching 6 credits
