Mission: To promote and serve the Mobile Healthcare field to increase access to care for all. Vision: A world in which all people have equitable access to quality healthcare. Purpose: To equip the mobile healthcare field with the knowledge and skills to reduce health disparities and increase equity. Strengthening & Sustaining Mobile Healthcare Grant Program The Grant Program is offered annually to members of the Mobile Healthcare Association. Funding can support a wide range of preparedness activities, from developing structured action plans to implementing strategies, training staff, and securing the necessary resources to respond effectively to weather-related emergencies, such as hurricanes, flooding, wildfires, and tornadoes. With this grant, members will be able to: Build or enhance weather-related emergency preparedness plans tailored to mobile healthcare operations.Prepare staff, vehicles, and equipment to ensure operational readiness.Deliver preparedness training and simulations to strengthen team response.Establish protocols for continuity of care during crises.Demonstrate resilience and readiness to stakeholders, funders, and the communities they serve.
