Focus Areas: Post-secondary education and vocational training support for high school graduates

Program Overview

SRLA awards scholarships to help students take their next big step after high school. Scholarships are available for students pursuing two- or four-year college degrees, trade school, or fine arts programs.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be an SRLA senior from an approved school
• Must have participated in the current year's Los Angeles Marathon
• Must graduate high school by summer of the same year
• Must be heading to post-secondary education or vocational training in the fall

Recent Awards

In 2025, 75 outstanding scholarship recipients were awarded based on their dedication and perseverance in completing the Los Angeles Marathon and applying those lessons to academics.
