SRCF Charitable Grants

Geographic Scope: Lee and Collier Counties, Florida

Program Description: The Spring Run Charitable Foundation awards grants to qualified charitable organizations. In 2025, the foundation awarded over $225,000 across eight charities plus additional grants.

Eligibility

• Must be qualified as a charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Federal Code
• Must serve Lee and Collier Counties, Florida

• Interfaith Charities of South Lee: $30,000
• Harry Chapin Food Bank of SW Florida: $30,000
• New Horizons of Southwest Florida: $25,000
• Florida Tri-County Challenged Athletes Association: $20,000
• Feed thy Neighbor: $20,000
• Operation Open Arms: $35,500

Focus Areas

The foundation supports various charitable causes including:

• Child welfare and abuse/neglect prevention
• Hunger relief and food security
• Youth education and mentoring
• Adult literacy and ESL programs
• Adaptive sports for individuals with disabilities

Background: Funded through generous donations from Spring Run Golf Club members.
