    • Funding must provide services to Berkeley County residents (exceptions can be made for other Rotary Clubs)
    • Funding must be for future projects or programs
    • Project must demonstrate long-term sustainability and impact

    • Operating and administrative expenses such as salaries and operating expenses
    • Reimbursement for activities or expenses already completed or in progress

    Application Process

    1. Complete the project request form - Available at www.MartinsburgRotary.com under community grants
    2. Submit application - Electronic submission only via email to [email protected]
    3. Email subject line - Must include "Rotary Club of Martinsburg Grant Application" and your organization's name
    4. Review period - Committee reviews proposals from February through March
    5. Decision timeline - Decisions made in April
    6. Fund usage - Funds must be used within one year of grant issuance
    7. Presentation requirement - Applicants must give a presentation to the Rotary Club about the project's success/progress
