Soy Squad

Geographic Scope: Iowa

Program Description: A unique opportunity for collegiate students looking to gain insight into associations, specifically the Iowa Soybean Association (ISA). The Soy Squad meets three times a year with topics of discussion including, but not limited to: ISA overview, research, demand, policy, education, and personal/professional development.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to attend all regular scheduled meetings

  • Must be attending a two or four year college/university in the state of Iowa

  • Must be pursuing a major in an agriculture/agriculture related field
  • What's Covered:

  • ISA will cover all lodging and meal expenses

  • 2025-26 Schedule:

  • Session 1: October 30-31, 2025

  • Session 2: February 4-5, 2026

  • Session 3: March 26-27, 2026
  • Meeting Location: Ankeny/Des Moines area

    Application Status: Currently closed. Applications will reopen in late summer of 2026.
