Our Scholarships We represent scholarships all across Southern Illinois with a variety of different missions, goals, and dreams. Southern 17 Scholarship The SICF Scholarship fund was created to offer scholarships to students in all of the SICF service area. Graduating seniors from any high school in the 17 southernmost counties of Illinois.
