Status: AWARDED - NCEF received $156 million award announced April 2024 (Earth Day). NCEF's original application in 2023 was for $250 million.

Funding Source: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), part of the $27 billion Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund created by the Inflation Reduction Act

Geographic Scope: Nevada

Program Overview:
Federal funding opportunity to expand low-income solar access. EPA awarded one grant per state/territory. NCEF was the sole applicant for Nevada.
