Grant Period: Programming began Fall 2021, ongoing

Key Achievement: NKCDC became one of few community development corporations in the country providing SNAP-Ed programming, made possible through donor support of previous initiatives

Positions Created:

Nutrition Educator (primary facilitator for SNAP-Ed nutrition programming)

SNAP-Ed Community Health Worker (connects residents to social and health resources)
